  We just had our entire HVAC system and our hot water heater replaced and were thrilled with the entire process. Jeff was came to our home to listen to what we wanted and then explained all of our options very clearly. We felt very comfortable with our decision to move forward with a new Trane system. Brendan and Hyden came on time and installed both our furnace and AC system. They were on time, answered all of my questions and cleaned up really well. We love the new system! Skylar and Reed came the next day and replaced our 75 gallon hot water heater. Both very professional, courteous and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Logan and this team to anyone considering a new HVAC or hot water heater. I also love that they are local and family owned.

  After 20 years my Trane XV90 has had some intermittent issues and I decided to have the furnace replaced mainly because of its age. Since I had my AC replaced with a Trane in 2019 I wanted to use a unit that is compatible with my communicating thermostat. PJ and Chris the installers of my furnace were very pleasant and knowledge of my new furnace and answered all my questions and did a great job of installing it. After a week everything is working fine!

  Victor & Ty did an excellent job on the installation of the furnace & air conditioner. It was pouring down rain when they had to install the outside unit for the air conditioner and they did not complain at all. Victor went over everything I needed to know for the furnace/air conditioning control panel. He was very patient with someone who is not very good with new technology. When they finished everything was all cleaned up and very neat. Victor explained everything I needed to know about the new units in the basement. I have been very pleased with the new furnace. Scott Fryman was my consultant. He was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about the units I purchased. Logan Services were very easy to work with and followed up to see if I was pleased with their services.

  We have been waiting over a week for our part to come in to fix our furnace. After the company rescheduled our original service appointment, to not placing the order the day after our diagnostic test, to being unable to discuss the situation with a service rep, the communication and difficulties we have experienced in scheduling is frustrating. It unfortunately feels that if we don't purchase a full new unit, there is a low priority to simply fix the issue.

  I had my yearly furnace tune up on Wednesday morning with my previous HVAC provider. They said there was Carbon monoxide coming out so they had to turn off the gas to my furnace. It was about 40 that day so it was cold. The furnace is 15 years old so I decided to replace it. My previous HVAC provider gave me a quote that same day but it was high. On Thursday afternoon, Cameron came out and agreed with the other HVAC provider and showed me different options while also providing some discounts and a $1200 tax credit to replace both the furnace/AC. The price was good and Trane is a well respected brand. At 4:30pm that same day I contacted Cameron and said it was a go. He sent me over everything immediately and I asked if I could get it installed the next day due to it being so cold. 5 minutes later he texted me and said I was on the schedule! He handled all the paperwork and scheduling and we were done in 15 minutes! Today, Lachlan and Craig came out to do the install - a father/son team! Both were very pleasant and got to work immediately and worked from 830am to 330pm and got everything installed and working and I finally have heat! They cleaned up everything - there was a TON of stuff - and you would have never known they were even at my house! An excellent experience all around! Thank you Cameron, Lachlan and Craig!!
