So Pat parked somewhere else and then we had to squeeze behind trees that were up against the church to get to the door. He was so patient ,kind , and understanding. Obviously him coming out was an emergency or I wouldn’t have had him out in the parking lot was like that. However, he was so kind and understanding and did what needed to be done to get in the church to check our leak. Even though we couldn’t afford to get it fixed at the time, he still did an awesome job. Thank you, Pat!

Prices were clear and quoted up front - $950 for hydrojet and camera with a 1-year warranty, plus a $150 fee for coming out after 5pm, and that was still half of what I was quoted by Eco Plumbers. The techs arrived a little earlier than our appointment window, first time that's ever happened to me before! They called to say they were on their way and were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me at all. All the good reviews are true and I will be using DrainMaster for all of my future plumbing needs!
