They are upfront about all the charges including the trip fee and hourly rates. Our service provider Roman went was extremely knowledgeable and I liked his quality of work. There was one particular light fixture which couldn't be installed despite a lot of time and effort (the issue was the light fixture most likely), and yet Roman tried his best to address the issue. Overall, I liked the transparency in the entire process and would highly recommend this company.
