Had a clogged main line. They came out fast and ended up getting it flowing, but the price was way more than I expected or wanted to pay. But in the interest of my tenant I paid the $915 for the hydro jet service
If the price was more reasonable I could see leaving 5 stars. Oh well live and learn

We’ve had multiple jobs at our home and this company was great both times.
We had to have a disposal and dishwasher installed and Plunger Plumber was awesome. Joe came across some issues that were the fault of the new Samsung dishwasher and had to come back after we could purchase another new dishwasher. Even after a days work the company did not charge me extra even though he was unable to install until I could get another one delivered.
The following week we noticed a leak in our tankless water heater. I called the office at 8am and by 9am, we had Alex at our house installing another one. He got the job knocked out with no issues.
We definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them.
Brendan was great! He explained everything they needed to do and the work was done quickly, cleanly, and the right way.
This company might not be your cheapest option, but there’s no obligation to have them do the work if you don’t like the estimate. Personally, I’m very satisfied with the service I got and it was definitely worth the price I paid.
Thanks, guys!

* UPDATE * SINCE LEAVING THIS REVIEW
The owner Eric reached out to me. I wasn't sure there was any solution to my complaint. But when Eric spoke to me he took accountability of the situation. Offered to refund for a cost in repair. It was above and beyond his responsibility and showed true integrity. Thank you for clearing up my concerns. Your company really went above and beyond!
I have a very old home so when Alex came in for my plugged tub said that the initial 275 quote shifted to 1,500 then to 3,500, they had to totally replace the tie in from the upstairs to the downstairs I wasn't completely surprised. And while they were working hearing them talk about how difficult the job was for them i felt bad. It was a 7 hour job for 2 guys. I appreciated what they did and tipped Alex on his way out. Then I went to check on the work I found messy holes cut in the walls. One wall broken and a 2×3 foot access hole cut in the wall left gaping without a cover. I was concerned. I have 2 cats and can not risk them getting trapped in the walls. So I fill the void with card board and replaces the baseboards and trim that was left sent pictures to the manager who then returned my call and asked i I would like to have him come up and put a wood panel up? Of course I said yes and thank you. When Alex arrived he was visibly upset. Said he's used to not replacing drywall and forgot. He had 2 ill fitting boards that I had no idea what he was planning to do with, the acted as if he had never put up a access panel. I had to explain to him I only needed one of the boards it it should be cut. He then left would not acknowledge me when I was speaking to him and set to cut the board so I left him alone. He then returned with a poorly cut board and was turning it sideways trying to tuck part of it in, again acting like he couldn't preform the simplest task of laying it flat over the hole and screwing it in. I then had to show him how to place it on the wall and he then had no screws or drill to affix it to the wall and used my tools and materials totally stripping the screws as he put them in. Unable to screw on flat to the wall because it was stripped just looked to the floor and said can I go now? I said yes. Let him out and had to manually pull the screws and reset the panel myself. I can't believe it was treated so poorly over a simple panel he was supposed to install. I am baffled. I did not ask for any special treatment access holes are supposed to be covered. I didn't give trouble about the damage to the wall and paid a lot of money to be treated like a jerk for wanted the job to be finished correctly.
Highly recommend Plunger Plumber--the team is quick to respond and very professional. They worked with me to make a new bathroom in my basement, undated sink and vanity in kitchen and upstairs bath, and did some drain clearing along the way. For this work, my technician was primarily Matty, but I also worked with Nick a lot. Both were friendly and professional and I got to know Matty since he was at the house almost everyday for two weeks.
One recommendation: assume that every home you enter is "shoe free." I have a sign on my front door; for my household it's less about cleanliness and all about keeping the house free of lead dust and pesticides, both contaminants are very toxic. In greater CLE, much of the housing stock was built before laws prohibiting lead in paint were passed (1977), so it's in the soil and in the walls of homes and buildings we're working on now.
Thanks, team!
