  We had a shower that had a very old controls and with arthritis it was almost impossible for us to turn it on or adjust the temperature. We needed a new control and Sean suggested a rotating one . He came when he was suppose to and got to work after he put boots on his shoes so he didn't mess up the floor , when he was done he cleaned up after him self and told me that our shower head that had a tube so we could use it to wash our dog ,came loose and fell into the tube and blew open . He put a temporary shower head on and told me if I got a new head to call the company and he would come back and install it as part of completing the job. He was quite and efficient ,and we now can shower without the worry of getting scolded.

  Ethan did an excellent and professional job jetting an ongoing very stubborn clog that wasn't able to be fixed with a drain snake. We tried several times before calling Plunger Plumber. And I appreciate how well he cleaned up afterwards! Highly recommend!

  Brendan was very professional and courteous when recently replacing our hot water heater. It was a stressful time being around the holidays , but he got the job done in a timely matter even with bad weather to contend with! Highly recommend! Fair and affordable! We will be requesting him again for any upcoming repairs!

  Brendan was awesome. Very polite, very informative. Knew exactly what he was doing. He worked his butt off by himself to get the job done. Wasn't no simple job that's for sure. I can't thank you enough Brendan. Major clogs and buildup in drain pipes. Definitely will call this company again!!

  I had them come out because of sewer smell coming from the basement. They “found” that it was coming from the toilet. They kill out the toilet (charged me $300) and said they would have to rip up the tile to excavate and fix the issue. A few days sewer smell came back, broken tile still bathroom was a mess and I left a message no call no answer. And today, my basement flooded and the water was coming up from that specific toilet!! I am beyond frustrated for paying over $5,000 and I know if I were to call them to come back out they would charge me again! I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but I had it $5,000 later and do not solve the issue made it worse
