  We would like to thank our sales representative Micah for all his help with selecting our new heat pump system. We had 4 different representatives from other contractors and he was by far the most knowledgeable about his business. He explained all our options and discussed the different advantages to each one without pressure to purchase the most expensive option. An all around pleasure to deal with. The installation team finished all the work in one day and we are totally satisfied with our completed project. The Trane heat pump and air handler are super quiet and we are looking forward to savings on our electric bill. Thank you to Zack, Matt, Alex and Deandre for all your help on our beautiful installation. In closing we would like to tell anyone in need of HVAC systems to call Logan Services and see what they have to offer.

  What wonderful service I received today. Tika and his apprentice was so professional and respectful of my home and time. Qualities you don’t find in companies or workers very often. So thorough in the work they did. I had my furnace tuned up for the season and not once did they try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. They took pictures of each area of my furnace and explained, in language I could understand, what I was looking at, what they were looking for and results of findings. I called Logan because of a mailer special, I’ll stay with Logan because of the service I received. I also love it’s a family owned and ran business.

  Matt Clavey , Jason Meyer are the first two I had the pleasure of speaking with. The pair made everything clear. Matt Clavey is a heck of a salesman keep that guy around. Everything was understood. Then the day of the install . I had the complete HVAC system done. Dave and Donald forgive me if I got the names wrong. Both did a excellent job communicating what was going to be done step by step. It was raining pretty good outside. I had a great experience all around. Logans Services is a great company with a team of knowledgeable and very friendly people. Would definitely use them again. I would recommend them to family and friends. Great Company 👍

  Yesterday I had three gentlemen, Tika, Evan and Damen come to my home for HVAC system maintenance. They were very professional, worked as a strong team, were extremely polite and it was a pleasure to interact with them. They took the time to explain what they were doing in detail and answered all my questions. They started by turning the heat on and verified unit running. Went to furnace and checked temperature splits, filter, static pressures, electrical connections, incoming voltage, blower amps, vent motor amps, igniter amps and OHMS, cleaned and checked the flame sensor, checked blower wheel, coil and flushed the drain, checked gas pressure. They determined that the system is operating as normal. Several years ago this company was recommended to me by my daughter and she was truly correct in doing so. Every interaction I have had with Logan employees has been exceptional. I would high recommend anyone needing HVAC services to check them out.

What impressed us most was his responsiveness. Every question we had was answered quickly, and his approach was refreshingly low pressure. The quotes he provided were comprehensive and detailed, leaving no room for confusion or surprise costs. The installation team, led by Josh and including Asher and Sam, was equally exceptional. When they arrived, they immediately conducted a complete walkthrough of our home and took the time to explain exactly what would be installed, the specific tasks required to complete the job, and a realistic timeline for the work. Before they even began, they meticulously prepped the entire work area with drop cloths to contain any mess from the installation. Throughout the process, they worked with remarkable efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they answered every single one with genuine patience and professionalism. This is truly an A+ team. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Logan Services to anyone considering an HVAC system upgrade.
