They came out once and said our yard was too wet then when we called back again the staff was rude and said “diesel’s $6 a gallon we’re not coming back until we know the yard’s dry” said they’d send someone out to check the yard in a few days before they brought the truck out and never heard from them again 🤷🏼♀️ Had another company in today and they had no problem pulling the hose around to our tank even after it just stormed yesterday and said they didn’t understand why notestone needed to drive through the yard in the first place bc they can reach the tank from the driveway.
