I have had a few different techs come to my home over the years but I often see the same ones or sometimes even one of the owners. They are all knowledgeable and do a great job and they are all so very polite and respectful of your home and time. I've never had them show up late. When I have had to do major repairs or replacements they gave me honest feedback and suggestions to help me decide but never pushed me to do what they wanted. Reasonably priced too. And if in need of an expensive replacement they do offer financing options including some 0% deals. I recommend them to all of my friends and family all the time.

Our plan had run out so initially he wanted over 1,000 to install something by upselling & due to our age & on social security, that was crazy. Someone should had called to let us know our plan had expired but the answer we got was that they changed out their system of communication thereby no responsibility. That is not a way to treat a customer. Then no discount for seniors or VA & the only positive we can give is that they were prompt to come however you need another service charge to get the drain line flushed & clean the inside nor would he check the Freon. with a Freon which comes under another service fee. Find some loyalty to your clients & stop the upselling! I apologize to you because you are right. We are in the Winter Park, Orlando Fl area. I had noticed all the reviews were good on you & I thought well, we are different & now I understand why. I wish we had dealt with you instead of ours here. So sorry we gave you the bad reviews since it was not the right 4 Seasons. Our review is for the 4 Seasons servicing Winter Park, Orlando Fl area.
