I rented a standard porta potty for my wedding this past weekend and everything went as planned, delivery was fast and efficient and the delivery person was very nice!
- YNYvonne NatoliMay 14, 20251.0We used millers for yrs before it was bought by this company, this is the 2nd or 3 rd yr we tried to give them time but the issues are never ending from not being cleaned ,locking us out of our own gate,being delivered with almost no water and no hand sanitizer in it all after costing more immediately BUT the real kicker is when I called for service this spring and when going through the process being told I was owed 2credits totaling almost 300.00 dollars and then when asking why my money had been keep for almost a yr and not refund or even a call about it was told “I thought you would have been happy you had a credit “not grasping that this practice is unexplainable! So after that discussion and making the final delivery I thought all was taken care of,however I was wrong as my husband received a call while at work that almost 300.00 dollars was owed after 1week of having the John on site! My husband asked if they have almost 300.00 of ours for a yr. How can we owe almost 300. In 1week, he was informed we must request it be applied to our account now, not knowing why it wasn’t done automatically and got short and rude! I called and made sure all of this was taken care of and the last person I spoke with was the only one that seemed to be competent at all, after leave a message I want to still speak to a manager they couldn’t even manage to make a call back!! I was told about them having peoples money even longer than mine(2yrs or more) so if you use them or have you may want to see if the owe you money because the incompetence there is staggering and this will be the final time we use them!

After taking my money and sending me a receipt days in advance, on the day of delivery I'm left with nothing. Delivery was for today but they didn't deliver because they "thought it was for next weekend". All staff went home for the day and any solutions to fix their mistake were dismissed. Extremely disappointing.
