I drove 40 minutes to this location at 7am to first be told that they couldn’t rent me the equipment because I had an out of state license. After getting over that hurdle, after I’ve already paid and about to walk out, I hear someone saying we’re not renting to you. I turn around and say excuse me and this guy who I found out is the owner is saying in a very nasty tone WE AREN'T RENTING YOU ANY EQUIPMENT. I ask why he says to me you don’t pull in my lot without a license plate on your vehicle. I said it’s inside the back truck window Sir. He repeats himself, WE ARE NOT RENTING YOU ANY OF OUR EQUIPMENT. BRING YOUR LICENSE PLATE IN AND WE WILL VERIFY IT BEFORE YOU RENT FROM US. He was very rude and I’m extremely disappointed with their way of interacting with a new potential client. I walked out to get my plate for them to verify as if I’m at a police station or something. But then I decided I wouldn’t jump through anymore hoops to spend my money with this business.
