- ACAmber CoxMay 29, 20251.0We had gullet come out to our place to do the septic tank. Paid 100 tip plus what was owed. They came out did half the job didn't finish it . We lost our money and they won't fix their problem.

I had an appointment to get a baffle on my tank as well as a riser seal, when the over weight man arrived, he refused to walk under my porch to get to the tank. The porch was not low just enough to make your neck bend a little. Short story I wasn't happy as he was just being lazy, I then told him to leave. As he left I called the facility back up and made a complaint, come to find out it was the company owner who was at my house and he was the only one who did baffle work. I FINALLY had Septic Solutions from Batavia come out and do the work, those guys are amazing lower priced and told me " We'll crawl under there, that's what we're use to doing"!!!

When Dan came out and inspected the system prior to purchasing the home he explained absolutely every part of the system, what to look out for, which repairs should be done ASAP and which could wait. Naturally, I did not hesitate to call Gullett again when I was looking at a house for my wife and I that had an aerobic system. They inspected it, told me what was wrong needing repair and even cleared out an obstruction of roots in one tank right there on the spot during the inspection. Dan and his staff are very busy, but the expertise they offer is worth waiting for if necessary.
