Company claims they offer a flat-fee diagnostic service but when they showed up almost an hour late, they said it would be hundreds of dollars (upwards of 3-400 dollars) to actually diagnose the issue, even though we had already figured out on our own what the issue was and even pointed it out to them, and then they don’t even do the necessary repair!

Sila, on the other hand gets 2.5, because they have constantly caused problems with scheduling. And in fact at some point giving me a hard time about getting my 5 year warranty service, because they are not servicing NJ anymore. I now need to hire a different company to service my unit after next year. So much for keeping their customers happy.
