The other guy said he didn’t know what to do and would send us a contact on who to follow up with but they never sent the contact, so now we are back at square one, just looking for someone to give our money to. I understand if something is too old to fix, but I would at least like other options like “oh we can replace this if you want.”

Heat is constantly pumping even though the thermostat is turned off. Was called 3 hours later saying the best they can do is Wednesday a blamed the initial booking on “AI”. Just an unacceptable customer service practice. Choose Cellino over TMark. They are just consistently better across the board.
