He also checked my humidifier that is attached to my furnace and gave me insight on the matter at hand. Very pleased with the two services that I have had with T-Mark and will continue to use them. He spent a ton of time listening to our concerns and was extremely thorough in attempting to find a solution. He was prompt, respectful and shared a lot of knowledge with us. T-Mark came to mind as daughter had a good experience with them and ease of setting up appointment was also factor. Alex the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to find problem in very timely matter. Over all an excellent experience. Having heat also very nice - TJ

- JOJellybelly ODec 17, 20255.0I have a 30 year old boiler that was not igniting. I lost all heat on Saturday. T-Mark was able to send a service man out on Sunday, but I would have to pay $129.00 for a Weekend/Evening service call. My service man, Tyler Mazur arrived on time, was very personable and experienced in working with an old boiler. He found the problem and installed the new relay controller. ($812.00). Ran a couple checks to make sure the boiler would ignite properly. Highly recommended Tyler. T-Mark does good work, but you pay for it. Will use them again.
