- SSSabrina1 day ago1.0Predatory sales tactics, poor installation, and product does not meet specs advertised. I got a patio sliding glass door from MadCity. First I called and asked for a quote they sent a salesman to my home who made us sit through an hour long slideshow before doing measurements and wouldn’t leave until we signed a contract for the door. Then installation took months because important details were done wrong like the door didn’t open and the trim was done poorly. Finally after all of that my heating bill has gone up because the room is significantly colder in the winter with this door compared to the one we had there previously. They charged us $6500 total and it was the worst purchase of my life. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

Technician Christian Dillard-Deas returned to complete some finishing work and was very professional and knowledgeable of the job. Would recommend him for all future work.

Could have easily just left their card and I may have used their business but now I probably won't because they can't even understand common decency. - ABAmber BerryNov 4, 20254.0The sales and Installation Teams were WONDERFUL! Ben, Wyatt & Josh did a great job getting us the exact windows we wanted, putting in the new window panes. They were fast, friendly and kept our house clean. The Scheduling team (Jacob and Jordan) were VERY RUDE and tried to implement a storage fee for an installation we scheduled for the END of November. They forced us to have it done a month earlier and the window came damaged, which means someone missed inspecting it properly or rushed shipping it to us. The company overall was honest and fair and I still would recommend their products!

They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, addressed all our concerns and cleaned area well when finished. They explained everything as they went along. The following day Semaj Weathers came promptly to seal one area that was slightly short. All in all it was a good experience at a reasonable price with quality craftsmanship. I would recommend based on shower installation.
