  My cabinets refaced by Mad City came out beautifully. Quality is exceptional. Installers Denise and Justin were respectful of property and knowledgeable of the product. They completed the job quickly. Very pleased with choosing Mad City!

  We had our old tub replaced with a walk in shower done by Mad City Windows & Baths of Rochester. They were in and out in one day and did a beautiful job. We now have a seat and hand rails that make it so much easier to use. Plus lots of corner shelves for shampoo, etc. The walls are so much easier to clean than the old tile we had. Highly recommend them!

  Why am I being accosted by your obnoxious sales reps in my own driveway? Told him I have a No Soliciting sign and he continued to pitch garbage at me. Guess you all don’t know what the word ‘No’ means? Then 5 mins later another one comes up the driveway and sees me in my front window inside my own house and is now staring me down. Who even does door to door sales anymore in 2026?

  We had a shower installed. The workers were kind and respectful of our home. We love the shower. The only issue we experienced was the shower had a small area pull away from the wall and the time it took for them to come back to fix it was longer than we would have liked. Overall, I would recommend this company
