Terrible service. Schedule an appointment for 6. Get told they will be 15 minutes late. Wait until 645. Call again, told they will be another hour at least. Go with someone who values your time, not these guys.

If I could give separate ratings, the contractors would receive five stars, but this company? Absolutely not...which is why my rating is two stars instead of just one. This company was dishonest with me, a veteran, in order to make a quick sale and failed to honor any promise of restitution for what I was told. This experience caused me a great deal of stress, and it has taken a lot for me to even sit down and write this review.
To start, the sales representative arrived nearly two hours late. While frustrating, I chose to be forgiving and did not make an issue of it.
During the consultation, the salesman asked if I was a veteran and what my disability percentage was. After I shared that information, he told me that because of my disability rating I qualified for a program they allegedly had through the VA. I clearly and repeatedly explained that my disability was not related to a physical impairment. Despite this, he assured me that all I needed to do was fill out a form to receive a $6,500 grant toward my shower remodel.
I was very clear that this grant was the deciding factor in my purchase. I had no idea the cost would be what it was prior to this conversation, and I would not have moved forward without that assurance.
After signing the contract and then having to jump through multiple hoops just to figure out how to complete this so called form, I learned that the company does not actually work with the VA. The grant he referenced applies only to veterans with physical impairments, which he knew did not apply to me.
I was also told that payments for this remodel would not begin for sixty to ninety days after installation, which I relied on as some breathing room while trying to resolve this situation. That turned out to be untrue as well.
I then began speaking with a field manager who gave me hope that he would do whatever he could to make this right. While I was extremely disappointed, I remained hopeful.
After several weeks passed without any follow up, I contacted him again to check on the status. He told me that the most he was able to do was offer 10% off, which would be sent as a check. More than three weeks have now passed since that conversation, and the check never arrived.
It feels as though my situation was forgotten and that this was simply an attempt to quiet the issue. This is especially frustrating because, as can be verified through their recorded phone calls, I have never been rude, pushy, or unreasonable. I have only been trying to understand when and how I would be reimbursed after being misled by multiple dishonest statements.
I plan on taking this matter to thr BBB and the Attorney General if this doesnt get resolved.

Mad City consultant was very cordial, no high pressure! They scheduled our remodel and were on time to start the job. They completed the job quickly with no mess or cleanup for us and kept us up to date on what they were doing. We love our shower….and the very best part….no mold or black mildew….ever! We would recommend them if you need a new shower or bathroom remodel👍

The work done by Mad City Windows was great. As you can see it was a tub to shower installation. I was so happy to get rid of the cast iron tub and old tile walls. The entire project took 3 days. New plumbing and fixtures were installed, a check for mold was complete and the job was done in such a professional manner. The bathroom was gutted and debris removed without a trace. The measurements and fit was exactly what I hoped for.
