  Just amazing service top to bottom. From the dispatchers to the technicians to everybody else I’ve dealt with they have been kind and caring and willing to help. We called them out to look at a few issues and it turned into a full replacement of our very old (and mislabeled) electrical panel, switches, and outlets to be compliant and safe. Dan was able to quickly complete a few fixes then walked us through our entire electrical system, carefully pointing out any issues and giving his recommendations on what we needed. They were able to get the team of technicians (Mike, Cameron, Mason, and Will) out here shortly after that and the guys have been nothing but professional and courteous while performing expert work. As a new homeowner just getting their feet wet, I highly recommend the folks over at Lon Lockwood to help guide you through whatever you need.

  Customer Service the way it should be! They moved up our appointment day, they called 2x's just to tell me we were still on the repair list and would call again when a tech was available. Excellent! Then Shane's pic and bio showed up on my text when he was on the way. He found the problem and fixed it in no time. Repair price was very reasonable. We were given tips on safety and a maintenance plan option. We now are happy to have Lockwood Electric to handle our concerns.

As a BBB accredited business we had confidence in their reliability, which was completely confirmed with our experience. We needed a panel upgrade with some wiring upgrades and the job was done just under the projected time, with no mess left behind; and even with some old-house obstacles overcome. The technicians, Dan, Mike, Cameron and Mason, were great to work with. All our questions were answered clearly, along with options for solutions and no pressure advice. The job was finished under estimate and, with readily available office support, included speedy completion of all the paperwork we needed with the job.

  We would highly recommend the Lon Lockwood Electric team. October 2025, our home had an issue of house lights flickering at random. We called Lon Lockwood Electric on a Monday and were able to get a service consult appointment by Wednesday am. Dan arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our main panel and found it had corrosion on bus bar, circuit breakers and bottom of panel. He showed us the corrosion issue and outdoors showed where the water was potentially entering. Dan wrote up an estimate to replace the entire main panel and for work outside to bring the situation up to code. The inside work was done Friday starting at 8 am and ending by 3 pm. No more flickering lights. We were very impressed with Dan's knowledge and he clearly explained how the replacement would be done. Mike and Cam did the replacement work and were on time, very professional and answered all our questions clearly. They left the work area clean. Mike and Cam went through the entire home to label each breaker in the main panel and to verify all switches and outlets were working properly. We were very satisfied with the entire experience. A sincere thank you to Dan, Mike and Cam!

He listened closely to what I needed, ran me down with some good options, and some future proofing ideas. The time from quote to install was only 3 days, very quick. On the day of the job, Cameron and Michael were our installers and they did an absolutely excellent, top notch job. They arrived promptly, were highly respectful of our home, and did an unbelievably clean job of the work itself. They really cared to get it done right. They even noticed a loose neutral on a different circuit in our main panel and took care of it on the spot.
