    Too bad I have to even leave a star, there should be an option for no stars! Had an appointment scheduled for 10am, after no calls or no one arriving by 12:30 I called. I was told that my appointment was actually between 10am and 2pm but the technician was on an emergency call currently. They stated the technician would arrive between 2 and 3. At 4:30 I received a call inquiring if I still wanted service and a technician would be there by 5. At 5:15 a technician showed up, he said he was just send and could do the service. I explained to him that I would need the annual service and an expansion tank needed to be replaced. He said he didn’t have any and wouldn’t be able to service my equipment. An entire day wasted waiting on a company that couldn’t have the courtesy to call, then show up unprepared to do anything! Don’t waste your time, find another company!

    My husband and I have been customers of McCourt for several years. We hired them to address a problem two days ago b/c we had no hot water. The tech was able to replace a part and the hot water began working. The bill was $544. By yesterday, the water was cold again. We called and were told that there would be no charge for returning to the property since they just worked on our boilers two days ago. This time the tech did something else to fix the problem and the bill came out to $500, we were told. We debated the bill with the tech and he advised us to call the office. When we called and spoke with an ARROGANT manager, we were told that they are not responsible for warranting all types of problems in our system, that we did not have a good understanding of our system, that we were exaggerating b/c the bill was only $400, not $500, and that if we were "refusing to pay the bill, that's cool." We will pay the bill and we will NEVER have them or their DISGUSTING manager work for us again since that is how they treat their longstanding customers. If I could put ZERO stars, that's what they are worth.

    Switched over to McCourt after being overcharged by another service provider. We use them for annual maintenance on our AC system as well as our boiler—always terrific service, clear explanations of what needs work, and never feel like the job is rushed. Fred came out for our annual maintenance today and was excellent to work with—he helped me think through some future work we may have upcoming and was good about ensuring we knew what was priority. Great communications, and definitely feel like I was working with an expert. Highly recommended!

    Would you look at that… so the AC just decides it’s time to die smack dab in the middle of a ridiculous scorching heatwave… awesome ! I reach out to Kevin to see if he happened to have the necessary part we needed… He did, he met me, hubs came home & fixed in less than 10 mins - huge kudos & thank you Kevin - we seriously appreciate you & your FAST RESPONSE! You’re the best!!

    An emergency service visit by McCourt to get my heat back on revealed that the water feed valve on my boiler had been turned off, resulting in no water for the boiler, so no heat. McCourt had replaced the pressure relief valve in December 2021, which necessitated turning off the water feed valve. I find it hard to believe that the water feed valve was turned back on in December 2021 but was mysteriously off in March 2023. My boiler has been serviced exclusively by McCourt since 2021. When I objected to paying the $360 emergency fee that the valve shutoff had caused, I was told by customer service that either I pay half of the fee or they would drop me as a customer. I could see no reason why I should pay anything for a problem caused by McCourt. I'm putting this review here to warn potential customers. Negligence was followed by lack of responsibility -- not at all a good combination. Needless to say, I am no longer a McCourt customer.
