It was a big job and the team completed it exactly on the schedule Dave established. I am very happy with the quality of the work, and looking forward to many trouble free years with my home. There were a few minor requests I had after the job was complete, and Dave came out promptly and addressed them free of charge. I would not hesitate to use the team at STORM again in the future.

He spent about 45 minutes carefully inspecting every nook and corner to try to identify the source of the leak. Even though it was hard to pinpoint, he gave me excellent advice on how to monitor the situation and adjust my dehumidifier. After following his suggestions, the leak stopped! I sent him a message to update and thank him, and to my surprise, he called me back within 30 seconds just to chat about my update and reassure me that if the leak returned, I should call him anytime. Dave is courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and above all, honest. It’s rare these days to find someone who spends so much time and effort without charging a fee. If you have any basement issues, I highly recommend calling Dave — you won’t be disappointed.
