We received reminder text msgs regarding our appointment. Aaron, the technician, arrived on time. I had never been present when our former company performed the annual maintenance check. I asked Aaron many questions about the scope of work. Aaron was very informative - answering all my questions , explaining the work and reasons for certain actions. Aaron was knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. He was also very affable. It was a pleasure meeting him. I’m both happy and confident in selecting iPower Generators to maintain our generator.
