- DKDebbie KohanskiNov 14, 20255.0I can’t say enough about this crew. Hunter came in to check out the problem, and a couple days later Hunter, Dillon, Tony, and the rest of that crew arrive. They are all very nice. All of them acknowledged me and introduced themselves as they unloaded their trucks and headed to the basement. It appears they each have their own task assigned to them, because the job runs so quick and smoothly. They are well organized and strictly focused on the job until it’s done. They clean up after the work is completed. I had called them back for a second job as well. They’re reasonably priced, explain exactly what they’re going to do in simple language, and walk you through when they’re done. I very highly recommend B-Sure!

The basement went from damp and wet all the time to completely dry in a matter of hours. No more water or damp, musty smells. The crew was courteous and very professional. They did a complete clean-up when finished. Very impressed and the price was amazingly reasonable.

We had several settlement cracks in our poured foundation walls. Some companies wanted to quote excessive repair work, but Ron quoted us on work that was actually needed. (This saved us as much as $15,000!) We needed advice on another separate issue, and once again we had expert advice. We wouldn't look anywhere else to have any future issues addressed.
