They come on time, get right to work, and follow the instructions I gave them when we started using them a few years ago. They respond quickly to remedy ny issues, whether it's a burned out bulb or, as happened to us one year, re-align a couple lights that blew out of place in a windstorm. They'll return to remove and store them after the holidays. I highly recommend them.
