Joe and his team were great to work with. They really listened to what we wanted and built the home that we designed with them. We wanted a custom built home, so every piece and component of our house would be high quality. There are no pre-fabricated or composite materials that you find so many of the high volume builders using. We did not want a house that would be having issues 15 years from now because sub-par materials were installed to look good but that do not actually function well. Joe Sortino and his team are up front and honest about the building process. We knew exactly what we were getting and how our selections effected our budget. I can't imagine a better team to build with. I would never hesitate to recommend them.
