The installation overall wasn’t quite what I expected; however, I knew it was necessary, so I moved forward with it. There were a few additional items I had previously discussed with Jason W., and I was surprised to see they were not included on the final list of work. However, Jason reached out to me, and we discussed the matter further. He promptly scheduled an appointment, inspected the areas in question, and completed the remaining work within two days. Although I was initially confused—since we had gone over these details thoroughly—he explained that he had simply forgotten. We are all human, so I understood. He walked me through everything, provided clear explanations, and assured me that I could contact him if anything else was needed. Thank you, Jason W., for listening and understanding my point of view. I can also confirm that if you choose to have blown-in insulation installed as I did, you should plan to be out of the house during the process. It’s also best to schedule this work in the summer rather than the winter so the home can ventilate properly afterward. Lastly, I did have to perform additional cleanup after the team left, which I hadn’t anticipated. I expected the crew to leave the area in the same condition in which they found it, especially since I have asthma and the dust in the basement was not ideal for my health. Given that this is a professional company, I expected a higher standard—particularly regarding the paint job completed by Kevin. This is ultimately why my overall rating is a four.
