  My old deck was requiring too much maintenance. It was looking shabby and also blocked the view of the beautiful creek directly facing the deck. Minos removed the old deck floor and railings, replacing the floor with gray Trex material and black metal spindle railings. He also discovered the deck stairs were not to code, and he made the new stairs code complient. Oh my gosh! The difference is amazing! I LOVE the new deck, and I spent a lot more time on it this summer. The new railings let the beautiful view of the creek though. I hardly notice the railings at all. It was such a pleasure dealing with Carlos Minos. He and his crew are polite and professional while retaining a great sense of humor. At the end of the day, the crew cleans up; you would never know they had spent all day working on the deck. I will definitely use Minos' professional services again for any project around the house that I want done right the first time. I highly recommend this company.

  After experiencing a collapsed deck this past summer, Carlos and his team agreed to do the job quickly so that I can enjoy my deck for the rest of the summer. His team of professional workers quickly started and created a beautiful finished product.. I am so totally satisfied and impressed with the final job and would highly recommend this company!

  Carlos and his team at Mino's Painting & Carpentry are a truly incredible and talented team. Carlos has exceptionally high standards for how he wants to complete a project, and has cultivated a team of brilliant craftsmen who always rise to the task. No detail was missed, and every aspect of each project was executed beautifully.   Carlos Mino is a really nice person. Carlos did a lot of work on our house. Even though his company is Mino's Painting, he does a lot of other work then paint. If he spots something he will fix it. He always leaves your house clean after he finished working. His men that work with him are hardworking and do a great job like Carlos does. I would recommend him to everyone who needs work done on their house.
