  We recently hired Marjan and his team at Radi General Contracting for a full renovation of our first floor, including the kitchen, half bathroom, new pantry, dining room, and living room. The project also involved installing recessed lighting, radiant flooring, and creating a larger walk-in entry closet. Marjan impressed us from start to finish — his attention to detail and hands-on approach made a huge difference. Our original floors were uneven due to being on a concrete slab, but Marjan expertly removed all existing flooring, leveled and smoothed the surface, installed the Schluter radiant system, and laid down beautiful luxury vinyl flooring. He also opened up our floor plan by removing non-load-bearing walls, transforming the entire space into something bright and modern. His crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and clearly took pride in their work. Marjan coordinated different specialists seamlessly, keeping everything running smoothly and even finishing ahead of schedule. His pricing was fair and consistent with other quotes we received.   Marian is a gem! I wish I found him earlier. My shower stall in master bedroom was leaking for years. We spent thousands of dollars, and nobody could fix it. Finally, Marian appeared. He worked for about three weeks. Demolished everything. Installed everything brand new. The most important: no leak, and the shower stall looks beautiful. He is very efficient, very responsive. Very nice. Always answers his calls and text messages. Punctual and honest. The price was much lower that we got from other contractors, and he stuck to it. I have many more projects that I will hire him for, and will recommend him to all my friends. Thank you for your good work!
