  The company responded right away, which between calling in an emergency and the technician at my door after hours,he arrived in approximately 30 minutes. The technician was super. He came explains everything he thought might be wrong. Went down in our crawl space, and fixed the issue, explained what he completed, and why he thought the furnace broke. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

  Michelle in the office was pleasant and helpful. They arrived promptly with a phone call 10 minutes beforehand to repair the broken forced air furnace. Derek was knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the repair part with him. I felt the price was fair, when you consider the fact that it was the day after Christmas and they were in and out within 4 hours of my first contact, with an ice storm moving in. I will certainly call them in the future should the need arise.

  Used Reding for the first time for a plumbing backup in the basement. They were so prompt and timely in their phone service and house call (even during the holiday). Keith is an exceptional technician! He explained everything so clearly and patiently, and resolved the issue. He also provided ideas for proactive maintenance, which is greatly appreciated. They're affordable and reasonable, timely, and efficient. We will be using them for our furnace and plumbing needs moving forward!

  Reding Inc. became our heating system service provider in August of 2024. We chose the monthly payment plan for check ups and cleaning. Fast forward to December of 2025. We hadn't heard from Reding Inc about the annual check up of our heating and hot water systems. A quick contact with the Reding Inc. administration staff was pleasant and provided results. The transfer from our previous service provider (hard copy logs) to modern digital (Reding) resulted in us being missed. Not a problem! We were paid in full. And were immediately scheduled for a annual checkup and cleaning. Mike showed up when scheduled, was polite and very respectful of our home. Mike did a great job checking and cleaning our system. He took the time to answer all my questions. Our family will sleep easier knowing that our system is working as it should and that Reding Inc. is ready to respond should something need attention. Reding Inc remains highly recommended for your heating and cooling service provider in the Springville/ Southern Tier area.

  I called reding after T mark canceled my boiler services they were able to get me in on a timely basis. They sent Jordan to my house to do my service and inspection since I was have alot of trickling noises in my pipes, Jordan was professional didn't try and screw me over with selling me things I didn't need. After he thoroughly cleaned my boiler and replaced the valve that pushes air out the system he left. A few hours later I heard water running down in my basement and found that my relief valve had let go and was pouring water I called reding back and Jordan made it a point to stop back at my house and help me out with the upmost professionalism once again I greatly appreciate Jordan for his hard work.
