- MFmichael FantoMar 21, 20191.0I will never go back to Lakeside for my salt. We do a ton of commercial plowing and I've had such a terrible experience at Lakeside. They use to load our trucks after hours, but now we can only come during the 9 hour work day. They raised their prices without notifying us which now makes them the most expensive place in town that we know of. Also, dealing with their billing department is a massive headache. For example, I sent one of my trucks out there when we were in a pinch. We only were loaded with $100 of salt. My driver told them that I was out of town and would make payment when I get back. However, they still called my office everyday for 5 days for their payment. I don't recommend going to Lakeside.
