From the very start, they were organized, proactive, and kept everything on track. We began by browsing flooring products offered by the big box stores, one of which has the word Floor in their name. We found the selection choices to be quite limited, and the service basically nonexistent. We then searched for some local options, and came across Affordable Floors in Vails Gate NY. Adam Wolven and the team there were great. They took us thru the vast array of flooring options and suggested which might work best for us. There was no hard sell, as Adam went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. We now have a beautiful new kitchen with a floor from Affordable Floors.
