- MBMelissa BoshartOct 15, 20251.0We used Kovach for a survey of our property and it was a disaster! Not only did he (Harold) not step foot on our property but he was asked to come to the property to go over the reason he did not use some pins, but did on others. It was way over priced and now I have to have the survey redone AND hire a lawyer to get my 2k back on a botched job. Buyer beware!

Besides all of that we were quoted a guess-estimate of $1000(based off my explanation), other places quoted us $2500...needless to say all said & done is was $900, I was expecting $1500..but was pleasantly surprised.. I can not thank you guys enough.. I would definitely use again and will refer all of my Fort Drum guys their way!!
