- SSShawneJun 13, 20251.0I had a terrible experience with this company. I rented a portable toilet with a sink and wash station for an event on June 14th, but the event was canceled due to weather. The wash station was never delivered, and when I called to address it, I was told I wouldn’t get any credit because I only ordered the toilet — which wasn’t true. After some discussion, they refunded only $60. After that call i was informed that the event was cancelled i called back asked if I could keep the unit until June 21st and pay extra, but I was told I’d need to return it and be charged the full price again, which I found completely unacceptable. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was met with no flexibility or assistance. They even tried to tell me that the unit wasnt going to be picked up until monday. I said no just like you cant accomodate neither will i. I want the unit to be picked up immediately the supervisor said he will call his general manager office. Overall, customer service was unhelpful, inflexible, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company at all, especially if your event gets canceled — don’t expect them to be accommodating. I’ll be using a different provider in the future.
