  KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM, GIVING THANKS FOR KEVIN, ASHLEY AND THEIR TEAM: HEARTFELT GRATITUDE! Kevin is a fine man and honest. He did everything he promised and more. Very reasonable and unpretentious. They did Quality work. He has his own private army of skilled workers who are great people. They did a great job. Detail oriented. Finished the job by Resolving all punchlist items smoothly. Checked in at the job site frequently. They did a full renovation of our kitchen and living room, designed by Juliet Walker from Evolved Interiors of Woodstock. We originally intended to renovate only the kitchen, but when I saw K.A. Builders quality work and Kevin's responsiveness, I felt comfortable to continue to the living room. We did not have the problems and aggravation like the stories I have heard about from other homeowners. I plan to use KA Builders in 2026 for other projects in my house. Now, we appreciate Kevin, Ashley and the team every day when we enjoy our new home. A picture is worth a thousand words and a video is worth a thousand pictures! Like the pictures?

  We’ve worked with KA Builders on three projects now and couldn’t be happier with our experiences. The team has helped us with large scale work (gut renovating our attic into a master bedroom and bath) as well as smaller projects (removing our chimney). Most recently, they helped us add a new herringbone walkway spanning the front and side of our home. The workers are skilled and the prices are fair. We plan to use KA Builders for future projects and can confidently vouch for their craftsmanship.

  Kevin, Ashley and their team were amazing to work with from start to finish. They gave us the spa bathroom of our dreams! They were prompt, in budget, and kept a clear line of communication throughout the entire project. They have exceptional attention to detail, are committed to doing a great job and deeply care about the quality of their work. They completed our renovation on time and within the original quote. When any issues came up, like lead time on materials, they always kept us informed and updated on what the next steps were. Above all, they are kind, courteous, and professional, and a pleasure to work with. We will absolutely be calling them in the future for any projects, and would highly recommend them to anyone for projects big and small.
