I got several estimates for a new furnace, but only Mike of Aladdin actually looked at my old one and said he couldn’t find any crack. He suggested I call HomeServe back to get another opinion. They performed a carbon monoxide test which proved Mike was right: no crack. He saved me from having to buy a new furnace even though it meant he would lose a potential sale. I can’t vouch for his workmanship, since he didn’t do any work for me, but I can vouch for Mike’s integrity. That’s worth the price of gold.
