My mom is not being charged for the batteries or the labor to replace them. Thank you for agreeing to compromise on the billing. Hopefully these batteries will last! ****I am extremely disappointed in this company. In less that two years my mother's stair lift batteries needed to be replaced. I paid the bill. Less than one year later the batteries died again. I refused to pay the bill and called the headquarters to speak to someone. I left a voicemail and they never returned my call. Now I am receiving a late bill not only for the service call but the batteries too. Even the technician said the original batteries should have lasted 4-5 years and that the second set was obviously defective. I'm going to pay the service charge but I should not have to pay for a defective set of batteries!
