Steve came for the annual service yesterday, was efficient and took the time to show me potential concerns as our boiler gets older. Good communication from this company, as well. A couple weeks ago we had a leak at our water main valve, where the service enters the building, and didn't have the right tools to fix it ourselves - the tech that came out on a Sunday had the right tool and our water supply was restored quickly.
