  Had my attic Insulated, the crew Bladimir, William and Abidi were great. They did an excellent job, looks great. They cleaned up very well each day and were a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended this company to someone at work.

  I had Global Dwelling reinsulate my attic this past week. Everyone I worked with - from Dan in sales, to John in operations, to Darius, Alfred, JD, and Mando on the install team - were knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. My project was finished to my complete satisfaction, and the team did a great job of cleaning up any mess they made inside and outside each day. They were eager to please and genuinely wanted to help make the project a complete success and get every detail to my satisfaction. Also a special thanks to the owner, John. John took the time to call me during the sales process and work with me on financing options to help make sure that I had a payment I was comfortable with each month. Beyond that, I was mostly impressed with John's dedication to his team. It was clear in our interactions that he wanted to help and do whatever he could to make sure that he had work for his crew to keep them busy and paid in a slow time of year for their industry. This is a rare quality in an employer and helped me know that I had chosen the right company for the job.

  Highest recommendation; exceeding expectations and hopes. My wife and I recently bought a cabin in the Catskills and couldn't be more excited about the place, except for the open crawl space beneath the house that had been left un-maintained since the house's construction some 35 years ago. The crawl space had been invaded by larger rodents (who had dug holes around the house's piers), the insulation on the sub-flooring had been torn down and gathered for nests by mice, and mold had formed on parts of the sub-flooring itself (see "before" pictures). In looking for someone to handle this highly uncomfortable and 'dirty' job of removing all old insulation, eliminating and providing preventative treatment for mold, and insulating and encapsulating our crawl space, my wife and I sought out four separate quotes, including one from our local town's general contractor who was honest and highly recommended. In the end, Global Dwelling won out on nearly every angle: response and communication, personalized service, timeliness of the completion of the work, financing options and cost, and—of course—quality of the work (see after pictures). The team at Global Dwelling not only got the job done weeks earlier than expected, but the owner, John Kotsides, was our initial contact and communicator, combined with professional and continual communication from Malea Tacti and John Moore. It sounds impossible, but all of our questions and requests were met with a clear set of options and an ease of 'doing business' that we are so grateful for. We can only hope our future renovation projects run so smoothly. Thank you to the entire Global Dwelling team and we give our highest recommendation to your team, services, and work.

  When I agreed to have an energy audit done on my house, I expected someone to try to sell me over priced energy solutions at sky high prices. I learned a great amount while walking around with John- he explained thoroughly all the ways I could improve the energy efficiency and comfort in my home. The prices quoted were extremely reasonable and I was excited to have the work done. Spencer and Michael arrived on time and were very professional from the beginning to the end! Spencer answered my questions and made sure that I understood everything he was doing. He even recommended a change in the work order that was a better solution for me and saved me money too. I could not have asked for a more professional crew. I highly recommend Global Dwelling ! I will be contacting them for more work next year!
