It was recommended that I replace my units. I made an appointment with HomeServe for a quote to replace my units. In early June a representative came to my house to review my units and to provide me with a quote. I was told that I would receive the quote on email that evening or he latest the next morning. I have not the received the quote and called several times requesting it. Totally non responsive!!!! Business must be extremely good or re they waiting for my system to de so they can take full advantage????

We signed up for a contract with them to cover our heating and cooling system. “Great! Now whenever we have a problem, we have a reliable company to count on! Especially if its an emergency!”....or so we thought!!! Dead wrong!!!!!!! My wife is 7 months pregnant and we have been without heat for over a week. We contacted them on the first day without heat. They sent a tech who told us it was one thing and needed to order a part bc they apparently come to your house UNPREPARED to fix your problem. The part came in two days later and they sent a second tech to install it. Surely this would work! NO! It didnt! He left giving us the excuse that it was a bad part and this never happens! Fast forward to the following day and third tech to come to our home....he says the part is working fine and its a different problem all together. But wait! He needs to order this new part bc again, they send techs who are UNPREPARED to fix your problem. We are still waiting for this part to come in, with an issue that should have been solved immediately because they claim “its an emergency” and the prioritize emergency calls. Do not fall for Homeserve’s scam. You will regret it like us and be without heat for weeks.
