I was informed that when the stone was ordered (in march) the family would be contacted before it was placed so that it could be inspected. I came to the cemetery for Mothers Day and the stone was there. No call, no notification and without the specifications of attached memory light and flower pot. After calling them in May, I was promised the light and pot would be there by Memorial Day. Again.... low and behold I am here July 31st and had to call and ask where the flower pot is. The light is here, because my mother had to go and pick it up and bring it down. We were told the owner was unable to find the battery operated light anywhere. So here we are with a light that is not what was order nor have we been reimbursed the difference in price. She has assured me the flower pot will be there today..... yea.... not believing it. I wonder if this was her Nana's grave if she would be so nonchalant?
