Hoare Memorial Co. Inc on Franklin St. in Elmira, NY…. I wish I’ve read the reviews before I even went through this place!

Called the number lister and got a 79 yr old man creating the stones and told 6 months or more he is one man. I totally understood and explained I never received what the stone would look like to ok it. He Replied I have your order..... Still no idea if my mom has a stone 4/27/23 She will be gone 2 years May 5th
