  I had an excellent experience with Cellino Plumbing, thanks to technician Nick King. Nick was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain all the nuances of my home’s sewer line in a way that was easy to understand. As he performed the camera inspection, he walked me through everything he was seeing and provided reasonable, practical options to address the concerns. I genuinely appreciate his thoroughness, professionalism, and willingness to help. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with great customer service, and Nick absolutely delivered. I would recommend Cellino to anyone and everyone looking for honest, high-quality plumbing support.

  Dylan was fantastic. My boiler is 100 yrs old and he was extremely knowledgeable and didn't take a look and try and sell me a new one. We all knw the old stuff lasts much longer than the new....clearly mine is old lol...just needed a little tlc. Runs like a top now!

  In todays world when a consumer calls in a HVAC company for help, especially if the company is of a larger nature, you do not know if you are going to get a good apple or maybe the one bad apple at that company. Not only did I get the good apple, but I received a prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, friendly craftsperson who answered the call. As trades companies loose their employees to retirement, hold on to the good apples you posses.

  Update! I cannot express how happy we are with Cellino plumbing! I had express concerns in the beginning of the job, (maybe premature) but the final product was above our expectations! Thank you Cellino, I WILL BE RECOMMENDING! A bit of concern, I received a quote, unbeknownst to me my son had to go to the store to buy parts that Cellino did not have, also had to solder that the specialists did not know how to do. I also had to sign saying the job was complete (my fault, I should not have signed) they have to come back to finish the job, which they did schedule. Wondering what that bill will be. I feel if my husband was here things may have been different. We’ll see what happens next, still have a leak, but we’re quick to leave. “It’ll be fixed, next time” Guys were very polite, but I don’t think they knew what they were in for, not prepared. We went with Cellino, thinking things would be done correctly, knowing they have a good reputation, and considering the bill, “you pay for what you get”, not this time

  Called to get one item repaired and get estimates on a couple of pre-emptive maintenance items. Adam came and went through all of the items. He was patient and provided alternatives. He focused on the original purpose of the visit but was very engaging about other needs we had. We opted to move forward with all of the recommendations. Adam spent a day and half and was meticulous and attentive.
