What do I do if my gate is stuck open?
• This is the most common call for automatic gates.
• If you have safety photo eyes, make sure they are clear of any obstructions (Trees, bushes, alarm/company signs, etc.).
• We recommend having your gate serviced once a year.
• Bugs, spiders and such will sometimes cause an issue with safety eyes. (Your technician will clear this out on a service visit to avoid further damage.)
• It is common to find the gate is erratic during or after a rainstorm. (If you think the gate is not working, wipe off the photo eyes to clear raindrops first.)
• Keypad is in hold open mode. Make sure your keypad or hold switch if supplied, is off.

• Sometimes after a power outage the gate will need to be reset.
• If it has battery backup, the batteries may need replacement.

• Open your gates and turn the power off.
•This is when the most damage will occur. When the gates are trying to operate in bad weather, problems will occur.
How do I clean my PVC fence?
Power washing is ok but the following works just as well:
• Soft scrub or bleach for stuck on grime.
• We recommend using a boat brush to apply and wash.
