Some research showed that she should have paid about $150- $300. Thanks for taking advantage of the elderly.

I called Monday morning and Jennifer was able to get someone out the same day. I was given a 12:00-5:00 window for the visit, the technition called around 11:30 to say he just finished a job and could be at my house soon. I was thrilled! Once Logan arrived, he introduced himself and went to check out the furnace. He reported on the defective part, explained the cost and suggested preforming a cleaning/preventative maintenance of gas steam boiler. I agree. Cleaned up the area where he worked, excellent job! Thank you for your prompt response.

Thankfully, they had a motor and able to get my heat back on with a couple of hours. Excellent customer service.

They did their best to get me scheduled right away and the Techs that they sent were diligent, responsive and knowledgeable. The Buderus boiler was installed new in 2020 by another company and every single year since installation I have had an issue with getting heat / consistent heat and random electrical issues. We have three zones and one or two zones won't work every winter. Another company charged me just under 5k to get it back "working" last December, yet here I am again. This time I called Mohawk and they had it diagnosed in under 20 minutes and properly repaired in under 90 minutes. It is the first time since it was installed that there is consistent heat in every room and all of the zones are working! I honestly didn't realize how badly the system had been performing even with all of the "repairs". I have signed up for their service contract (which saved me 15% on the repair) and have finally found a great company to do business with. If you are frustrated by the company you are using, I highly recommend giving Mohawk Heating a try.
