  Generator and furnace maintenance. Very thorough, prompt and polite. Two technicians spent 3 hours servicing our two furnaces and generator, which they spent an hour working on in the rain. Very happy with their service, even though it had to be rescheduled three times.

  Service was quick and efficient. Service tech came out very next morning, diagnosed the problem with the boiler, and took care of the situation double checking everything before he left. Have used capital heat before and will continue to do so.

  Terrible customer service. I tried to get a simple question answered regarding why my furnace humidifier (which they installed) did not have a control panel and therefore would not operate. I sent Capital Heat a very lengthy email explaining the issue on their online Question & Answer site, never received a response. I made three calls to their office over a period of 3-weeks. Each time I talked to their receptionist who wrote down the information regarding my issue, l still never received an answer for my question of “how do I start up my humidifier”. On my fourth call I told the same receptionist that “I guess l will have to schedule a $179.00 service call in order to get my question answered”, she agreed. Needless to say, within seconds of walking into my front door, the service man showed me that the startup was a function inside of “Settings” on my home’s thermostat computer….he got the humidifier running in 10-seconds. Thank you Capital Heat for totally disregarding the customers notes and messages that your receptionist left on your desk. It’s so thoughtful that you have a place on your website for “Questions”, but perhaps you should tell your customers that it takes one month and a $179.00 fee to receive an answer.

  Capital Heat, as always, sent us a knowledgeable, professional member of their staff. I won’t post anybody’s name, so I will just call him Mr. C. Mr C serviced our furnace, took care of everything that needed to be taken care of, and answered all questions and concerns that I had. I am very happy to have Capital Heat as they have not only perform annual maintenance on our AC and Furnace… But any time (we’ve had an emergency or two/3) They have Always provided quick response and service for any needs….
