After confirming my reservation, I was told after the fact that I would need to travel to another location to pick up the equipment. If I’m renting tools from your store, I expect the equipment to be available there — not to be sent on a mini road trip to track it down myself. What’s the point of reserving equipment ahead of time if the customer is the one expected to chase it down? It’s inconvenient, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. I chose this company for convenience, but the experience was the exact opposite. I won’t be renting from them again unless they figure out how to have equipment ready at the location where customers actually book it.
