- CMCathy Mangione5 days ago1.0If we could give t-mark a 0 review, we would! We called them to replace our 2 sump pumps when 1 of them stopped working. My husband spoke with 2 different people and expressed to both of them that he wanted 2- 1/2hp sump pumps to replace the 2- 1/2hp ones that were in there. The service person showed up at the designated time (that my husband had to take off work for) with 2 1/3hp pumps. He proceeded to tell my husband that 1/2hp was overkill. We had no choice but to have them installed as that was all that he had with him. Later that day we received a message from t-mark asking if we were satisfied. My husband told them that no, he was not satisfied after requesting 1/2hp pumps and not getting them. They asked how they could make it right, so my husband said they could install exactly what he requested. They agreed to come back the following week with the correct pumps. When the service person came back he did not have the correct pumps with him and we were told it would be $2200.00 more! The original install was $1400.00! To pay $3600.00 for two sump pumps is highway robbery! I guess that is how they pay Bills players to endorse them!
