- AFAleksandr FrolovNov 13, 20252.0Technicians seem to be pretty good guys when they finally reach you, that is. Example 1. Furnace Tune-Up on an HVAC System. scheduled about 2 weeks in advance. The date rolls in, and nobody shows up, no calls, no voicemail, no texts, no emails. Calling them to check - "we called you yesterday and rescheduled". A load of ... untruth. Example 2. They follow up on the generator installation estimate. I received two calls, two voicemails, two texts, and two or three emails. So they can reach me, huh. Example 3. The Furnace Tune-up guy is here. Great experience all around - polite, professional, answered every question I had. Example 4. Water heater expansion tank replacement. See example 3. Example 5. Whole-house humidifier installation. Scheduled a week in advance. Appointment window 11 am - 3 pm. 2:10 pm, there is a call "we need to reschedule, they do not have a humidifier in stock, they will have one tomorrow .... we need to reschedule 2 weeks from now". I hope my experience helps you make your decision

He walked me through the whole process of changing the ducts to insulated ones, installing the vents in the sidewall, sealing the area, etc. It was hard to find a company that does this specific work, and the price was very reasonable. Dylan and his partner were clean in their work, and they took away the old ducts for me at no extra fee. I am also impressed with T-Mark’s professionalism and accessibility. They answered my calls quickly and arrived on time with notice beforehand. So if you’re tired of being ghosted by companies or contractors, give T-Mark a try.

From start to finish, the experience was exemplary, thanks to their fantastic team. T-Mark sent technicians Nick Trigilio and his associate Ahmed to install a new Trane Heating furnace system, along with a new thermostat and a CO2 monitor. The complexity of this job was handled with skill and precision, demonstrating why they are considered highly qualified. Nick and Ahmed’s professionalism was evident in every aspect of their work. They were not only incredibly efficient in completing the entire installation promptly but also maintained a clean and organized work area throughout the process. Beyond their technical expertise, both technicians were cordial and pleasant. Their excellent demeanor made the whole installation experience stress-free and enjoyable.
