Technician Riasad Rahman arrived at my house well within the time frame allotted and was both friendly and professional throughout the entire service. From placing covers over his boots before entering my house, to describing what he found during his inspection then offering some tips to maintain maximum efficiency was very much appreciated. I will continue to contact T-Mark for my heating and cooling issues/maintenance and will not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

Both jobs were completed professionally. I couldn't have asked for better service. The men were very polite and cleaned the work area when finished. If you are looking for heating, plumbing, or electrical experts, look no further! I highly recommend T-Mark.

- DWDylan WeiskopffDec 15, 20255.0I highly recommend T Mark! Two to three times year, I have been calling plumbing companies to unclog our main drain to our home. The other companies never mentioned any issues they seen/ran into. One company did, however they wanted to charge almost $1000 just to figure out what was going on! Gary showed up to our clogged house and I asked about a waterjet cleaning, which was more money than a regular pipe cleaning so I thought it may be a better route to prevent so many issues every year. He told me right away that there was a special going on for regular pipe cleaning services and to let him do his thing and see if he can find anything. Immediately pulling off the access cap in the yard, he noticed a separated pipe that was allowing some mud to fall down inside and brought it to my attention. He continued to clean the drains in both directions, (towards my home and the road) and freed the clog! This is the best part. He told me I will be getting a call from the office to schedule another appointment.. but why, everything was good? He said I shouldn't have to get my drains cleaned out so many times a year, and despite the separation of the pipe in the yard, he thought that there was another issue and called in a camera to check it out.. My first thought was expensive but he told me they would take care of it. CRAZY! Other companies will try to get you any chance they get. T MARK will take care of you like no other company will. Their service was excellent, and Gary was very informative and happy to help, despite the 20° weather.
