Your whole team, including Seth and guys, who installed the sump pump inside did an amazing job! They were all courteous, professional, cleaned up and went over everything with me and answered all my questions. What a great group of young men. You should be proud of all of them. He was happy to be here and extremely helpful in troubleshooting and diagnosing the issues I was having. The visit could’ve ended 10 minutes in, but he chose to check a few more things and ended up finding another issue. We then proceeded to craft a workaround that got the furnace back online and blowing heat! Very pleased with the level of service that was provided and hope this helps people decide to give T-Mark a call to help them out!!

After calling another company first and hearing they would get to me by the end of the week. I called T-Mark. From the kind and compassionate representative on the phone to the extremely competent technician, Keith, I had heat within a few hours. Keith was professional and friendly. He found the problem and had a fix quickly. He patiently explained what happened and advised me regarding next steps. Needless to say, I will have T-Mark on speed dial and they will be the first and only company I call from now on!

Was having issues with a furnace - had another heating and cooling company out and thought the issue was solved, but ended up needing a complete gas valve replacement - which was completely corroded from a likely-faulty install from Vastola (a side point to avoid them at all costs). Appointment was easy to make on T-Mark’s website, updates via text were helpful, and Jeff B. arrived promptly within the scheduled time. He diagnosed the issue, and went above and beyond to go retrieve the valve to replace after I mentioned to him I’d be out of town for a few days starting the next day. He arrived back in twenty minutes, replaced the gas valve, and the furnace is working perfectly. Do not hesitate to hire T-Mark.

Andrew took extra time to explain how the new boiler and water heater works and made sure I was comfortable with the new thermostat and its operation. There were other members of their team that assisted and they were incredible as well. I recently retired from a company that prided its operation on great customer service. Andrew and Sean and the whole crew exhibited world class customer service. I would give them 10 stars. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I would like to add that Rich in sales who quoted the job was phenomenal as well. I highly recommend T- Mark plumbing and heating.
