Master Electric of WNY is a full-service commercial, industrial and residential electrical contractor founded in 1970. Our completed projects include shopping centers, retail stores, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, industrial plants, and warehouse complexes. In 1993 we completed the first major expansion at Wilson stadium, home of the Buffalo Bills. We have been providing on-site electricians at the stadium since 1986. Buffalo's Premier Electrical Contractor
We needed two flush-mount ceiling lights and one fan removed, and new fixtures installed. Master Electric was reasonably priced for this small job and got us on the schedule quickly. The electrician, Tom, was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We'll utilize their services in the future.

Paul came out to do an estimate, told me by the end of that day or next morning he would have an estimate for us. The next day I called , the lady told me , he is busy in his office with estimates and would remind him of mine. I called the next day , no answer. It’s now Saturday and still no estimate.

Working with Master Electric of WNY was an absolutely terrible experience. Among the many reasons were: it took them two months to even start the job; they left the job unfinished for a month with no communication; they had no resources to coordinate any of the activity on the job; they became unresponsive to email; and they were always unprepared for the work. At one point when speaking to their office manager, they referred to their operation as a “three-ring circus,” to which I absolutely agreed. I could go on, and can support all of this with dates and emails, but I will just implore you not to hire Master Electric of WNY. It took 6 months for them to install 5 outlets and upgrade our service, which was completely unreasonable. The worst part, for me, is that they never apologized, expressed any remorse, or made any effort to try to make things right. Overall, I’d describe it as a nightmare job, and strongly recommend you hire someone else.

They blew off their scheduled day the first time. Then later they came and left job unfinished with mess everywhere, wires hanging out of ceilings, and one outlet working out of 4. He ignored our calls and emails about it, and finally Paul answered to say he would NOT complete the work due to "Personality Differences" and hung up on me. That is an actual quote I can forward the emails to anyone who asks. I assume he ran into a snag and didn't know how to fix it. Still, he can't tear my house up and walk away unaccountable, so I looked him up on BBB he is not registered there. His "office" on Google maps is just a house. Although pretty convincing website, Master Electric seems to be a fake company or at best a glorified Craigslist hack. I must find an electrician to assess and correct whatever this guy did, and if it costs money to fix then I would have to go for a Small claims case. We'll see.
