- DSds StuartJan 4, 20265.0So.... it starts raining in my apartment. Didn't expect that. Water pouring through the ceiling in my wife's makeup room. We own a 2 family home. I run up to my tenants apartment and see that the hot water tank has given up the ghost. I have to be at work on a 13 hour shift in 45 minutes. No way I'm replacing this myself. I figure it's gonna be a few days (it's December 30th) and look up plumbing companies online. First one i called (who shall remain nameless) had an AI interface posing as a customer service representative. Nope. Then I call these guys. Great news, they can come out in an hour or two to diagnose the issue. I don't even have to be there. They can deal with my tenant. I'm sure the unti has to be replaced. I'm thinking if it's over 2 grand I'm boned. Tech comes out, calls me at work, he's got the 40 gallon tank i need on the truck. Give the go ahead and he's done in three hours. Takes the trash tank with him. I'm happy, the tenant is happy and most importantly it's not raining in my wife's makeup room. When I got home I go inspect the work. The joints look great, they replaced some valves, better than it's ever been. I paid just under $1,800 (very fair because when I did the replacement downstairs in my house i paid around $1,000 for a similar unit) and also got a service plan for all my hvac stuff for just a few dollars a month. I'm very happy with this company, never got to meet the technician but thanks dude you rule!
- TCTim ChristieJan 3, 20265.0Celino was very responsive to our needs. Furnace was out. Called at about 5:30 in the afternoon, after hours. The receptionist said they couldn't get there that night but someone would call between 8 and 9AM the next day. 8:05 my phone rang and a technician was able to come that afternoon. Garrett came, diagnosed the issue, drove 40 minutes each way to get a gas valve and installed it. I couldn't ask for better service. Back up and running in less than 24 hours. A+ service in my opinion.

On the day of the appointment I had not heard from them and called o ly to be told they could not make the appointment and they said the called and texted me to let me know which was false. This is not even close to good service. I called another service which features Dawson Knox as a spokes person and they came the same day.
