  Had to get my sewer snaked due to some roots. First off the guy actively tried to save me money by go through the line from the outside drain, he tried 3 times before he said he had to go in through the basement and ended up getting everything cleared out from that side. In the past I've paid more from smaller companies and this guy did great work, he also had a great personality and was super chill to talk to. While I don't like to stand over ppls shoulder when they work because that pisses me off when ppl do it to me he was more then willing to explain what he was doing and what he was running into. 1000% would use Cellino again.

  Called for same day emergency repair. I appreciate the modern technology of the business. I received a text with the photo of my service technician so I knew who to expect at my door and that made me feel safe. They were able to take pictures on a tablet of the problem and repair and also of recommendations for other repairs they suggest. They had all parts needed for the repair right on the truck and didn't have to come and go to store or back to business once they diagnosed what was needed.

  Awesome service and people! From customer service to the technicians, everyone does a great job, genuinely helps you, and makes sure you’re safe. I especially recommend Dylan, who is an expert on steam boilers—very patient, answers all your questions, and is a kind, friendly, and trustworthy guy. I feel completely confident with them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

  I’ve had several encounters with Cellino including a vent installation for a dryer and a consultation for ventilation in my shower and heating. If you’re lucky enough to get Chris Wagner sent your way, you can trust he’ll give you all of the relevant information as you’re considering what you need. He’s exceedingly knowledgeable and will walk you through exactly what’s going on, how it’s happening, and what you can do to fix it. You really get the sense that he cares for your wellbeing and isn’t just trying to sell you a quick fix. So if you’re NOT lucky enough to get him sent your way, maybe ask for him instead! He really is the best at what he does, hands down. Even recommended a good pizza spot to me. Thank you Chris!

  Update: Cellino called me and offered to come back free of charge and re-snake my sewer line. Justin and Matthew came and got all the remaining roots out and showed me on the camera how clean the sewer line now is. They answered all the questions I had concerning some water in the basement and were very helpful explaining how some of my existing drains and plumbing were hooked up. I would 100% reuse Cellino because they stand by there work, and them offering to come back and make it right shows that. Old review; I had sewage backing up into my basement and called to have my sewer line snaked. They came and snaked it and pulled out a bunch of roots $300. Then they said they couldn’t get them all and recommended to have the line hydro-jetted $850 and they would wave the cost of the snaking. Today a tech came out with a camera to show me my line and it was full of roots. I asked what the hydro-jetting did and he said it wouldn’t have removed any roots. I feel misled by the earlier techs on a service that really didn’t do much to solve the problem
