That means he had to waste more time going to the store buying materials. He could have done this job in an hour. I know it was cold, but 1 hours was pushing it.

I have limited flexibility to work from home, and they missed the first scheduled appointment on November 3rd (which had already been rescheduled from October 30th). On November 3rd, I was told last minute that a previous job ran long and they wouldn’t make it that day either. We rescheduled for November 11th, and Scott did a great job; no complaints there. However, some work remained, and I scheduled a follow-up for today. No one showed up, there was no prior call, and they didn’t answer the phone. After the initial contact, they’ve been very difficult to reach, which has been frustrating.

We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.

Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.
