A week later they are still on site at the venue, numerous emails and phone calls to the company and all I get is we are looking into it. They failed to live up to their contract of removal on the Monday and are still failing in every way. Venue is very upset, I am about to lose my deposit since the venue has not been taken care of, and I get nowhere with customer service other than we are looking into it.
