    They are the worst. As far as calling me back for over three weeks now to simply communicate what is the status of a ordered part after they came and then ordered a wrong part the first visit and charging me over $70+ for a fruitless visit three weeks ago- all for a needed repair during winter ( no heat in the house, which they are fully aware of), I have been given no other lead over a 2-3 days to speak with the company itself and (3 hours waiting by the phone today) still have no communication. No follow through starting with an answering service. No way to speak with the business itself, and I am beyond upset. How hard is it, or how much brain bandwidth width does it take to consider my situation, pick up the phone and call their customer? My heater is under warranty, but oh my…! I would suggest using a different company, and particularly an establishment you can communicate to directly. I have taken 2 days off work for nothing. Absolutely zero results. And have not even a phone call to speak of.

    At this point in the process, I'm giving Silverado Mechanical a 2 star for the complete lack of communication at every level, once I signed the contract to complete my job. Once my contract was signed, they were two + weeks late on their promised install date, they don't return phone calls or emails to provide status updates, and even sent the final invoice to be paid right way, before the work was even completed. How do I pay the final invoice, when they can't even return calls or emails and for work isn't completed. You'd think with project managers and foreman that they'd have enough time to keep track of jobs but maybe they're overworked. I rarely if ever write negative reviews, but this one couldn't be ignored. Save yourself some aggravation and look elsewhere.

    We have been clients of Silverado for several years having signed up for their annual maintenance plan. The twice annual service has always been completed timely and professionally. However, recently our a/c stopped working on a very hot Sunday. We called Silverado expecting to leave a voicemail. We were pleasantly surprised to talk to an actual person! In a word the experience was exceptional. A great technician named Saul arrived at our house two hours after our initial call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the needed replacement part and had our a/c back on in no time. In addition to great service, we received a discount on the part and service call since we were on the ongoing service plan. In this day and age this type of service is unheard of-kudos to Saul and Silverado for going the extra mile.
