- JRJayl A RodriguezJan 25, 20261.0Ron completely messed up my flooring order. He claimed I didn’t want carpet in rooms I actually did want carpeted, so large areas weren’t installed. I was charged as if my whole upstairs would be done, but only a den and staircase were carpeted. When I pointed out the mistake, I was yelled at instead of offered a solution. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
