If you're looking for a place where your concerns are ignored and basic maintenance becomes a nightmare, this is unfortunately it. The maintenance team, overseen by Jayde Ramirez, has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had as a homeowner. Five of my plants were stolen by the workers Richmond hired, and no one even informed me. I had to reach out repeatedly for months before Jayde finally agreed to do something and even then, they only gave me back FOUR plants, not five. They also tampered with my irrigation valves, and now my plants don’t get water at all. Despite multiple requests, this still hasn’t been fixed. On top of that, I was promised repairs to the stones in my front yard months ago, and nothing has been done. In my opinion Jayde is VERY rude, dismissive, and care-less brat. Richmond needs to take care of her attitude. Do NOT move here.

They got a great sales team upfront they are very courteous and make the process easy. Checkout this community if you want a larger home with a yard. Quick move in homes or build it to your liking. 4 bedroom homes and lofts very customizable.The models are great and spacious. The cottonwood was my favorite.
