  The roof replacement itself was done well. The crew from First Quality Roofing was hard working and the job was completed efficiently. The finished product looks great. I felt confident in the quality of the work and greatly appreciated the detailed estimate and warranty provided. The administrative side left a lot to be desired. After paying the company in full, I received a pre-lien notice from one of their suppliers, which was unexpected and concerning. I had to follow up multiple times to ensure that vendor was paid and to obtain the appropriate lien release to protect my property. To their credit, the office eventually resolved the issue and sent the necessary documentation, but only after persistent follow-up on our end. Homeowners should not be left chasing down paperwork when they’ve already fulfilled their end of the contract. I’d recommend working with them, but would also advise anyone to stay on top of the paperwork and request lien waivers upfront prior to payment in full.

  Very good company to use if you need roof repairs or more , They came quick and checked my roof and repaired some tiles that were in need of fixing . Eadra and everyone were very nice and helpful and got right back to me which was great .   Upon reading the reviews on Google I decided to go with First Quality Roofing over my normal roofer, professional Roofing services. Which was a mistake. The reason I chose First Quality was for their availability to complete my job. I have solar waiting for install, permits already pulled and HOA approval already done. As well as an electrician waiting to complete Services until the roof was done. They had to come out three separate times to complete the services, and I had to repeatedly call to get a call back for proper Services. Their scheduler called and was rude and disrespectful, and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I had to threaten to report them to the contractors board before they responded and sent someone back. After the third visit the job was completed but I already wasted money on permits, having to buy a new air compressor while I waited for electricians to come as well as delaying my solar install 6 weeks. Aside from the fact that did not offer any discount for their extreme inconvenience and disrespect to me and my family, their poor craftsmanship cost me another $1,100 in redoing permits, paying nvenergy while I waited for my solar install as well as miscellaneous purchases made because I could not have the electrical work done.

  First Quality Roofing did a fantastic job identifying the lack of attic insulation in our home built in 2004. We ended up adding additional insulation increasing the R-value from R19 to R52. The technician’s were very knowledgeable and professional. I’m extremely happy with the overall results by adding attic insulation. The home is much cooler with the increased temperature’s. I would highly recommend First Quality Roofing!!!
